Court established that in 2014 the defendant, heading Administration Balakhna district municipal area Nizhny Novgorod region, approved contract exchanges between the municipal enterprise and the natural person. The cost of the municipal property received by the natural person on 9 million rubles was higher than the cost of the property received in exchange.
