In Havana the third round of negotiations between delegation of the authorities Colombia and representatives insurgent gruppirovkoy Armiya natsionalnogo osvobozhdeniya (Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization) came to the end. And though it is not necessary to speak about a final truce yet, the parties reached important agreements and agreed to continue work on achievement of a lasting peace and to carry out next, already the fourth, a round of negotiations.
