Balakhna district condemned the ex-head for excess of powers of office

The former head of MSU Balakhna district is found guilty of excess of powers of office, the press service of Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation of the Nizhny Novgorod region reports. It is established that in September, 2014 the defendant, being chapter of Administration Balakhna district municipal area Nizhny Novgorod region, agreed to the conclusion of contracts exchanges between the municipal unitary enterprise and the natural person. It entailed alienation of the municipal property located on Dzerzhinsky Street, transferred to the enterprise on the right of economic maintaining.
