In claim the prosecutor Kez district court obliged STATE PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION UR "OZONO-CHEPETSKAYA SHKOLA-INTERNAT" to eliminate defects of the sanitary and epidemiologic legislation of catering services of children

Prosecutor's office of the Kez district of the Udmurt Republic carried out an inspection of execution of STATE PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION UR "OZONO-CHEPETSKAYA SHKOLA-INTERNAT" sanitarno – the epidemiological legislation. It is established that the catering department of the educational organization contrary to requirements of sanitary and epidemiologic rules and standards is equipped with wooden tables. In this regard the prosecutor of the area brought to the director of educational institution representation. At the same time measures to elimination of violations it is not taken. For the purpose of protection of the rights of minor pupils the prosecutor of the area appealed to court with the statement of claim about assignment on GKOU UR "Ozono-Chepetsky...
