On June 10 40 years are executed from the moment of educations in system of law-enforcement bodies of divisions of information and public relations. This day in 1983 Ministries of Internal Affairs the USSR No. 0162 in structure of central office of the Ministry were created by the order the Press department which were responsible for promotion activity to militia and interaction with editorial offices of newspapers, magazines, radio, television, publishing houses, and also the creative organizations.
