To Russians want to allow participation only in the registered NPOs

To natural and legal entities suggested to allow to participate in activity foreign or international non-profit non-governmental organizations (NGO) only after their entering into the register of branches and representations of the international organizations and foreign NGO. Such bill recommended to accept in the first reading Committee State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on development of civil association, to questions of public and religious associations.
