The laws coming into force since June 9

Changes in a row federal constitutional laws are made. A number of the measures applied in territories on which the martial law is entered is corrected. In particular, possibility of carrying out in such regions of elections and referenda is established. The decision on carrying out elective campaign will be made by Election commission of Tsentralny of the Russian Federation after consultations with the Ministry of Defence and Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.
