Management Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation on Kherson Region brought criminal case on h. 4 Art. 160 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (assignment or waste in especially large size) concerning the former Acting Minister of Health Kherson Region Vadim Ilmiev. He is accused of assignment by more than 26,5 million rubles intended for payments of salary to employees of the Kherson GKB of E.E. Karabelish. According to the investigators, Vadim Ilmiev stole means belonging to the ministry from September 1 of the 2022nd on April 14, 2023, having used the official position.
