Federal arbitration court of the Moscow area recognized illegal a penalty in 10 thousand rubles which Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare imposed on Delivery Club for an obligatory service charge for clients, reports website "Agentstvo ekonomicheskoy informatsii PRAYM-TASS".
