"The Russian-Chinese fair of culture and art" starts in Heihe

In Heihe the XIII International festival "Russian-Chinese Fair of Culture and Art" will open. It became known of it during negotiations which took place in the VKS mode in Government of the Amur region. The ceremonial opening of a festival will take place on June 20. Creative collectives and soloists of the Amur regional philharmonic hall will participate in festive festivities in Heavenly Empire from the Russian side. The festival will take place till August 26.
