Preservation and strengthening of the Russian traditional spiritual and moral values discussed on Public council at Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications

In November, 2022 President of the Russian Federation signed the Decree "About the Statement of Bases of a State Policy on Preservation and Strengthening of Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values". The document fixes the moral guidelines forming outlook of citizens, transferred from generation to generation, being cornerstone of the all-Russian civil identity.
