The center of the modern art "Winery" opened the IV biennial of street art of "Artmossfer" — the largest art event in the field of street art and a pablik-art to Russian Federation. The main subject of the project formulated by the curator by Andrey Parshikov, sounds as "the Community: Partnership — the Collectivity — the Utopia".
