Tatyana Golikova and Alexey Dyumin opened the youth festival "Polenovo — Bunyrevo"

On June 2 within visit to Tula Region the Vice-chairman of Government of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova on recreation facility "Miner" took place a ceremonial opening of a youth festival of the fine arts "Polenovo – Bunyrevo". Alexey Dyumin and Tatyana Golikova welcomed participants of a festival.
