Shareholders Netflix, Inc. voted against the recommended payments to top managers

Moscow. June 2. information agency "Interfaks" - Shareholders Netflix, Inc. to top managers for 2023 voted against the offered board of directors. The edition of weekly magazine "Variety" calls vote symbolical as its results are not obligatory and board of directors can ignore them. The recommended payments included remuneration for co-CEO Theodore Anthony Sarandos-mladshy and Piters Greg of about $40 million and $34,6 million respectively and for the executive chairman boards of directors, the former general directors Uilmot Reed Gastings-mladshy at the level of $3 million...
