Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation prepared the bill on import substitution in purchases

Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation intends to introduce in Government of the Russian Federation the bill of unification of mechanisms of import substitution in government purchases and purchases state companies. The director of the department of the budgetary policy declared MINISTRY OF FINANCE Tatyana Demidova at conference "The future of the market of purchases to Russian Federation: from shock to development". According to her, the document passed coordination with control departments, and soon will be brought in the government. It provides inclusion in Law "About Contract System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" and Law "About Purchases of Goods, Works, Services by Separate Types of Legal Entities" similar regulations on possibility of withdrawals from a national mode.
