VS allowed to collect moral harm in favor of victims from swindlers

Supreme Court of the Russian Federation considered complaint the victim on a sentence on the case of fraud in which it challenged refusal in satisfaction of its requirements about compensation of the moral harm done by a crime. According to the sentence, condemned did not perform work on contracts the construction contract, thus stole at several victims more than 11,5 million rubles.
