People, having fallen into a trap speculators, translated the saved-up savings. In four cases victims were called by strangers and were represented by police officers or specialists of the bank organizations and reported about need of protection of money by their transfer to "safe accounts". Trustful residents of Smolensk trusted and transferred to the accounts specified by it various sums – from 65 to 380 thousand. In one case under the pretext of protection of money on the cash card the calling learned requisites of the card from which subsequently removed more than 45 thousand.
