The founder of the largest system IBS Sergei Savelyevich Matsotsky sold the share in IT holding. News about changes in structure of managers of companies was published at the beginning of March, 2023. The businessman possessed 47% of stocks of holding, their buyers became the managing director of "GS-Invest" Vasilii Mikhaylovich Belov, director general "Rubicon" Vedekhin Igor and the head of "BFT" Monosov Alexander.
