Ministry of Communication and Mass Communication of the Russian Federation suggest to return to development the code for telecoms

In Ministry of Communication and Mass Communication of the Russian Federation, seemingly, decided to inhale new life in idea of development the Infocommunication code (Infokodeks). The uniform document, which creation froze in 2018, is urged to eliminate gaps and collisions of the current legislation in the sphere of communication and IT, to not answering development technologies, to systematize and update it according to present realities.
