On May 31 a professional holiday the staff of divisions for minor law-enforcement bodies notes Russian Federation. The service was formed in 1935. Then rooms for the drive of children in departments and police stations were created, and in offices of criminal investigation department positions of special workers on fight against crime of teenagers are allocated.
