In Solar system there is a planet by name "Buryatia"

In our Solar system there is a planet under the name Republic of Buryatia which is between Mars and Jupiter, reports the press service the National museums Republic of Buryatia. It appears, the small planet was registered in the international catalog of minor planets at No. 2593 and had preliminary designation 1976 GB 8. In December, 1982 the committee on the name of small bodies of Solar system passed the decision to call a star in honor of then still Buryat the Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
