KS recognized illegal the requirement about elimination of unauthorized dumps

The requirement to municipalities to liquidate unauthorized dumps on the state lands at own expense does not correspond to the Constitution. Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, follows from the text of the resolution published on a site of vessels. It is a question of requirements when the dump arose not because of municipality, and the owner of waste was not defined. Court decided that municipalities can demand compensation of means if they cleared away the territory at own expense though in education dumps thus were not guilty.
