Prosecutor's office of Tula region carries out an inspection after publication on Internet information on attack of a neglected dog on the young man in Kimovsk. Results of check showed that Administration of the municipal entity Kimovsk district did not take sufficient measures for controls for neglected animals that led to incident where the 22-year-old inhabitant of Donskoy was bitten by a neglected dog.
