Andrey Marochko: VSU do not apply arms of NATO because of bad weather

The military expert, the lieutenant colonel of Luhansk People's Republic in resignation Andrey Marochko told that the Ukrainian military became more rare to apply the western arms on the Lugansk direction because of bad weather.
