Drivers warned, what details cannot be replaced in the car

The Russian car owners are forbidden to replace a bumper independently. It was declared by the expert Bibilov Youri, reports news agency of Russian information agency "Deyta.ru" with reference to website "Agentstvo ekonomicheskoy informatsii PRAYM-TASS". According to him, this detail cars have to be surely certified and changed strictly according to the legislation which says that such replacement has to be registered in traffic polices.
