The ex-minister Nicholas Plaksin could not leave from under arrest

On Monday, May 29, Regional court of Samara considered the requirement now the minister of constructions discharged of a position Samara Region Nicholas Plaksin to release it from under guards. Nicholas Plaksin, as well as initially, insisted that for trial it is possible to choose other measure of restraint, instead of arrest. However, as reported in court, earlier decision of judges on arrest Nicholas Plaksin recognized lawful and reasonable.
