Court satisfied claims of the Omsk interdistrict nature protection prosecutor about elimination of dumps of household waste of territories of forest fund

Omsk region mezhrayonnaya prosecutor's office of nature conservation during check revealed violations of the forest legislation. It is established that on an entrance to the residential district Big Fields in Omsk in borders of the Harinsky local forest area in the territory of lands of the forest fund which is directly adjoining on forest plantings, the unauthorized dump of waste, with a total area of 100 sq.m is located.
