The art director of "Satyricon" Konstantin Raykin who was the acting as the rector of the Highest schools theatrics (VShSI), is appointed to a post of the rector of VShSI, thus it remains also the art director of schools, the press service reported higher education institutions. According to the press service message, with the introduction Konstantin Raykin in a position of the rector the period of legal uncertainty which proceeded in establishment one and a half years ended.
