Artem Stefanov a festival of street art which starts on May 31 in Moscow, becomes "the Community: Partnerstvo-kollektivnost-utopiya". On an idea of the curator Andrey Parshikov, one of important tasks become right now "adjustment of new life in new conditions with new historical baggage".
