To Russian Federation will establish rules of creation and work of cryptoexchanges

To Russian Federation there will be rules of establishment and work of cryptoexchanges. The chairman reported Committee State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Financial market Anatoly Aksakov. According to the deputy, the authorities will refuse creation of the uniform national cryptoexchanges. Instead they will develop rules for such structures. Anatoly Aksakov explained that the exchanges will use for cross-border calculations and including for circumvention of sanctions therefore against them can enter new restrictions.
