According to the message published in Telegram by Baza, it blew off from the yacht a strong wind. The competitions organized in honor of the Soviet yachtsman Gunyashov Kondrat, took place on the Volga River. Participants of race had to pass a way from Tolyatti to Sengiley to Ulyanovsk Region.
