From April 18 to June 7 the Center development economy of the small cities with support of PREZIDENTSKY FUND KULTURNYKH INITSIATIV, holds open competition on development a pablik-art of objects for the cities Rzhev, Kalyazin, Vyshny Volochyok Tver Region. The project will give opportunity to inhabitants of the cities and young artists to affect city public space and will create a new point of an attraction for citizens and tourists.
