Committee on Architecture and Town Planning of the city of Moscow and TsSI "Winery" opened a new season "Netsten"

At exhibition works of six Russian sidewalk artists are presented. On May 23 the ceremonial opening of street exhibitions "the Community took place: partnership — a collectivity — a utopia" the Netsten project. It is the third project for Arth Kvartala who realizes TsSI "Winery" together with Committee on Architecture and Town Planning of the city of Moscow.
