35 years ago the law "About Cooperation in the USSR" was adopted. It formalized the right of cooperatives to be engaged in any kinds activity, except forbidden in Soviet Union. Besides, it provided to subjects of non-state sector of economy serious privileges: low taxation and small interest rates for the bank credits. TV channel "RT" discussed with domestic politicians, public figures and scientists as adoption of law affected the Soviet society and economy of the USSR.
