The governor State of Florida Ron DeSantis collected 8,2 million dollars in the first 24 hours after the announcement of participation in presidential election of 2024, American newspaper "The New York Times" reports with reference to the campaign headquarters of the candidate. As the newspaper notes, most likely, technical failures which Desantis faced at the announcement of start of the campaign in Twitter, were not reflected in enthusiasm of donors.
