The special representative of Government of People's Republic of China for Eurasia Li Khuey during negotiations with the Secretary of State Federal ministerstvo inostrannykh del Federativnoy Respubliki Germaniya Mikhaelis Andreas in Berlin urged the European countries to eliminate root causes of crisis around Ukraine and to create conditions for peace talks.
