Territorial jurisdiction of criminal case of the ex-prosecutor Novosibirsk Region Vladimir Aleksandrovich Falileev is changed, reports information agency "Interfaks". Case have to consider Leninsky District district court Barnaul Altai territory. However the lawyer of the defendant declared that such decision will be appealed. She considers that the client will not be able to affect impartiality of vessels in Novosibirsk.
