On May 21, 2010 was signed the constituent contract about creation of "Association innovatsionnykh regionov Russia". Participants of non-profit organization of steel 8 of the strongest in the innovative relation of regions, 13 years later their number grew to 18. Today in the regions entering into Association, over 300 objects of innovative infrastructure, among which regional engineering centers, science and technology parks, industrial parks, business incubators, innovative territorial clusters and others work.
