Prosecutor's office Elista carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation in the sphere of Household management company. It is established that Administration of Elista in violation of standards of the housing legislation periodically adopts legal acts of definition of "temporary" managing organizations on management apartment houses with reference to ch.17 Art. 161 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 29 December 2004 No. 188-FZ "On the Housing Code of the Russian Federation". Meanwhile acceptance such legal is possible only after recognition of open competitions on selection of managing organizations cancelled. So, at the time of check of 22 apartment houses actually remained without managements in connection with the expiration of validity periods...
