Hundred Russian developers electronic engineers transferred production abroad

For the last year about 10 percent of the Russian developers making a telecom equipment and electronics within the country, transferred assembly abroad, writes newspaper "Kommersant" with reference to the executive director of ARPE (ARPE) Yvan Aleksandrovich Pokrovsky.
