The deputy State Council of the Udmurt Republic Strelkov Igor, SPK"BEACON", proposed to replace monetary payments in the village to needy families with grocery cards. According to the deputy, in the village money often leave not to children of a needy family. The parents who have not been interested in employment, in education of children, spend funds for alcohol.
