Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti": the Russian forces established control over Artemovsk

The Russian forces took Artemovsk (the Ukrainian name — Bakhmut) under the control, transfer Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti".
