In November, 2020 the 10-year-old boy played near a building site in Kokhma. It climbed on transformer substation and jumped off from it on an electroinstallation roof. Then he started going down. During descent grabbed a hand open current carrying part which on a roof was a little. The boy was lost from blow current. by Court it is established that the transformer substation was established not in that place where it was supposed contract.
