Today under the chairmanship of the prosecutor of Saint Petersburg Victor Melnik took place interdepartmental meeting of heads of law enforcement agencies of the city at which observance of requirements of the criminal procedure legislation at withdrawal and transfer to other body of preliminary investigation of criminal cases and materials pre-investigation checks is discussed. Deputies took part in meeting of the acting the chief of Administration office of Federal security service of the Russian Federation on Saint Petersburg and Leningrad region and Leningrad Region Morkovskikh Dimitri, the acting the chief of Head department of ministry of internal affairs of the Russian Federation on Saint Petersburg and Leningrad region Dmitry Baranov.
