Tulun district interregional prosecutor's office Irkutsk region checked performance of the legislation on forest exploitation. It is established that in May, 2022 because of the local in the territory of the Tulunsky forest area there was a forest fire because of carelessly thrown stub of a cigarette. Budgetary funds were spent for fire extinguishing. On this basis prosecutor's office sent to court the statement of claim about collecting from the man of expenses in connection with suppression of forest fire.
