In fight for the Gzhelka trademark the first important victory was won by the owner of the Petersburg vodka distillery "Liviz", senator Sabadash Alexander. Yesterday Arbitral tribunal of the city of Moscow took out definition about a ban of a re-registration of this trademark. The trademark of "Gzhelk" was registered in 1993 by Moscow factory "Kristall". In 2002 it was resold to structures of the former general directors by Federal state unitary enterprise "Rosspirtprom" Sergei Zivenko for 131 million rubles, writes newspaper "Kommersant".
