To the Belgorod ninth-graders on distance education promised red certificates without delivery of Main state exam information agency "RIA Novosti" to Ninth-graders from border areas Belgorod Region, being trained remotely, promised to issue certificates with honors without examinations. Chapter Regional ministry educations Andrey Milekhin told "Lifting" that the idea was approved already in Minprosveshcheniya by the countries.
