Sergey Lavrov: Diplomacy ended - the West made the choice

The Minister of Foreign Affairs Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov let know that diplomacy ended. Our country also would like constructive negotiations, but the West made the choice. In the exclusive interview given to Tsargrad, Sergey Lavrov noted that the Minsk arrangements were the last attempt of diplomacy.
