In the Criminal code there will be article for collectors

Government of the Russian Federation prepared amendments to the bill which enters criminal liability for collectors violators. Now the relevant legislative initiative prepares in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for the second reading. The government suggests to concretize the document, for example, having strengthened punishment for collectors, applying violence to debtors. The initiative was brought in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation by group of deputies.
