Olga Nosenko helped to organize a master class on figure skating for Irkutsk juniors

The vice speaker Legislative assembly of Irkutsk region Olga Nosenko helped to organize a master class for juniors which carried out the Honoured Master of Sports Russian Federation Yuko Kavaguti.
